    How to Notify Winley of a Claim:
    If you have a loss, please complete the claim form below and submit it to your Winley broker, preferably within 24 hours.

    Helpful tips:

    1. Injuries and accidents: Make sure to contact your account manager immediately so your insurance company can be formally notified. In most cases, you’ll need to complete a claims form.
    2. Stolen money or property: Report the loss to the police before you file a claim form. Write down the police report number when notifying your account manager or insurer.
    3. Potential or known liability: Make sure you refrain from admitting liability. Do not make any offer of settlement as your right to indemnity under your insurance may be prejudiced.
